Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service status

These terms govern your use of CoachDiff. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Features can change, pause, or stop while we improve the service.

2. What CoachDiff provides

CoachDiff processes supported League of Legends match and replay data to create evidence-backed coaching insights. Reviews are educational guidance. They do not guarantee rank gains, wins, or any other result.

Paid replay processing uses review credits. Stripe processes one-time review purchases and recurring Starter, Climber, and Competitive subscriptions. Additional reviews cost $14.99 without an active subscription or on Starter, $12.99 on Climber, and $11.99 on Competitive. The price, renewal period, and included credits shown at checkout apply to your purchase. One-time credits do not expire. Unused subscription credits roll into the next billing period up to the number included in the current plan, then expire. A full refund or payment dispute reverses the related credits. If those credits were already used, later credits first clear the resulting credit adjustment before you can start a review.

3. Your account

You must give accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell us if you believe another person has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not share a session, bypass access controls, or use the service to harm CoachDiff or another person.

4. Match and replay data

You may submit only a Riot account or match that you are allowed to use. You grant CoachDiff the limited permission needed to access, copy, process, and display submitted match data, replay files, recordings, and derived evidence for your review and for service operation.

Replay availability depends on Riot Games, the current game patch, and the local worker. Some matches cannot be processed. CoachDiff restores the review credit used for a job when processing reaches a terminal failure. A retryable delay does not restore a credit while the job can still finish.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break a law or another person’s rights;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
• scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or overload protected parts of the service;
• use automated access except through an interface that CoachDiff permits; or
• misrepresent CoachDiff coaching output as certain or professional advice.

6. Ownership

You keep your rights in content that you provide. CoachDiff owns its software, design, prompts, coaching format, and other original service material. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.

7. Service limits and liability

CoachDiff is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. Coaching output can be incomplete or wrong. Always use your own judgment. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, CoachDiff is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss that results from your use of the service. Some laws do not allow all limits, so these limits apply only as far as those laws permit.

8. Suspension and changes

We may suspend access to protect users, CoachDiff, or the service. We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post a new effective date and give suitable notice when a material change affects active users.

9. Riot Games notice

CoachDiff isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
